Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website (the "Site"), operated by Unity Professional Staffing Agency LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("Unity," "we," "us"). By using the Site or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Unity is a staffing agency connecting job seekers with employers in manufacturing, warehousing & logistics, hospitality & food service, agriculture, and janitorial/environmental services in central Ohio.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not: (a) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (b) apply on behalf of another person without authorization; (c) interfere with the Site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape its content; (d) upload malicious code; or (e) use the Site to send unsolicited communications.

3. Job Applications and Candidate Submissions

Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, and does not guarantee an interview, placement, assignment, or continued assignment. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are legally authorized to work in the United States or will truthfully disclose your work-authorization status. Falsified applications may be rejected or, if discovered after placement, may result in termination of the assignment.

If Unity places you on assignment, your employment relationship with Unity (as employer of record) will be governed by the offer, onboarding, and employment documents you sign at that time — not by these Terms. Employment is at-will.

4. Employer / Client Requests

Submitting a talent request through the Site is an inquiry only. Staffing services are provided solely under a signed staffing services agreement between Unity and the client, which governs rates, terms, conversion fees, insurance, and responsibilities. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed staffing agreement, the signed agreement controls.

5. Equal Opportunity

We recruit, refer, and place candidates without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, military status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, Ohio, or local law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and the Unity Professional Staffing name and marks — are owned by Unity or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Application, contact, and talent-request forms are processed by third-party providers, and job listings may link to our hosted jobs portal. Embedded third-party content (such as maps) is governed by its providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from the Site.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY JOB LISTING WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNITY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. UNITY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and does not apply to rights and obligations under a signed staffing agreement or employment relationship, which are governed by their own documents.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Unity harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
